This intensive 6-week course explores the theological, pastoral, prophetic, and administrative dimensions of leadership amid denominational transformation, social upheaval, and global decolonial movements. Using the United Methodist Church (UMC) as a case study—particularly its 2024 constitutional amendments and regionalization efforts—students will engage diverse voices to discern what faithful leadership looks like in local churches and the public square.
