Dear Faculty,
Some of you may have noticed that the Fall 2019 and Summer 2019 courses are now available. If you need to import materials from a previous semester please fill out the Course Restore form. If you're teaching multiple sections for a course and wish to only maintain one Moodle page please fill out a Combine Course Request.
We, Instructional Technology Center, have implemented some changes starting in the Fall 2019 semester. You will notice a new naming scheme for your Moodle courses, this was implemented to help faculty and students identify courses more easily.
Secondly, courses will now default to being turned on for students. If you request to have a course restored we will keep the course visible to students but hide your content. This means students will be able to see the courses they are registered for when logging into Moodle but will not see any content when they click on the course until you make it visible.
